This form is now expired. Thank you to all those who have submitted files.

We want your rugby stories!

Share your rugby supporters’ stories to win the trip of a lifetime with Heineken.

Are you a rugby supporter? Do you live for the Rugby weekend and roaring your support from the touchline or terraces or the pub? Are you that fan that will make the trip on away days and loves the craic/banter with the opposing fans? How about the story behind the oldest jersey you have? Share your story about your relationship with fellow supporters and the Rugby weekends and you could win a rugby supporter’s trip of a lifetime.

Rugby has some of the most passionate supporters of any sport, the best behaved, the friendliest, the best fun and some of the craziest. Every Irish rugby supporter has a wealth of stories to tell about their adventures on the terraces at home and on the road, in rain, hail or shine supporting their club, province and country. It’s this wealth of tall tales, camaraderie, unlikely encounters and epic adventures that makes rugby supporters’ culture unique. That’s why we want you to share your fans’ stories with us.

We’ve teamed up with Heineken to offer the winner a trip for two to Lyon for the European Champions Cup final at the Grand Stade de Lyon, France on the 14th May 2016. This incredible prize includes flights, overnight accommodation and match tickets for a winner plus a friend.

Send us your rugby supporter’s story (in the Description box below) in not more than 250 words. Include a photo or video, if possible, and upload them to the competition form below (47 MB limit) along with your contact details. If your video is larger than 47MB, why not upload a video to YouTube and share the link in the Description box below?

Whether your story involves a single event or reflects your long term relationship with club or country, we want to hear it. So send it in and you could be in for a unique opportunity to be part of rugby history.
